About this Class

Sign in: This class can be accessed with an applicable membership, 5-visit pass, or by paying the drop-in rate. Register online in advance to reserve a spot, and sign-in at the beginning of each class. Registration opens 24 hours before class. Call the SRC Desk at (604) 822-6000 to cancel your registration if you are no longer able to attend. Class sign-in will begin 10-15 minutes before the class starts and will end 5 minutes after the class has started. Required Equipment: UBC Recreation Spin classes utilize Keiser M3 Spin Bikes, which are equipped with the Keiser M-Series Bike Pedal. Participants can strap their regular gym shoes into these pedals or clip in their personal SPD-compatible cycling shoes. COVID-19 safety protocols require participants to register online for classes before attending. Participants should line up 15 minutes before class starts in the ARC Main Level Foyer, inside the east entrance to the Life Building marked by large UBC Rec murals.
