About this Course

Prerequisites: Previous experience with hockey instruction required. Staff will briefly assess the group in their first development session to help coordinate smaller groups conducive to their skill development. Weekly Schedule: 9:15-9:30AM Arrival & Sign-in 9:30-10:30AM Hockey Dryland 10:30-10:45AM Change 10:45-11:45AM On-Ice Skating and Stickhandling Session 11:45-12PM Snack, Sanitize, Recharge 12-12:45PM Ball Hockey Free Time 12:45-1:30PM Lunch 1:30-2:15PM Multi-Sport Session 2:15-2:45PM Snack, sanitize, change 2:45-3:45PM On-Ice Skating and Shooting Session 3:45-4:00PM Pack-up 4-4:15PM Sign-Out *Itinerary subject to change based on ice bookings.
