About this Course

Required Equipment: Exercise-appropriate clothing and shoes. Lunch is not provided, and so campers should bring their own water bottle, lunch, and non-microwavable snacks. Location Details: This camp meets in the ARC Lower Studio, in the ARC Fitness Center, basement of the Life Building.
